my home was already short sale last year and have 2 loans the principal loan was short sale and the 2nd loan was cancelled when the sale was in process the agent and the realtor was told me that everything was cancelled and nothing to worry but the end of the sale they asked me to pay 7,100.00 last money to put so they can closed the short sale make the story short they told me that give the money so we can finished the they signing so i did give the money to finished the short sale everything they say that i;m out of responsibility for those loan and the 2nd loan now that tax time i went to my tax preparer she told me that i have to pay the 2nd loan again coz the banks snd me statement that it's my responsible the 2nd loan cost me 75,000.00 please give advice with this do i need to go the legal person help me.
